Having passionately researched nutrition, holistic health and habit change for years, I have combined it with Health Coaching studies to turn my passion into practical skills that you can use in your everyday life to help you lose weight, gain energy and transform your body.
Did you know that 95% of our behaviour occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to relentless demands of our work and life? We get stuck in the rut and struggle to make changes in our health that last.
Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.
That's where health coaches like me come in to provide you with the right SYSTEM, SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY so you can - finally - have the health that you know in your heart you are meant to have.
During the time we will work together, I commit to you that we will approach your old patterns and habits with curiosity, and you know what's so great about curiosity? There is NO JUDGEMENT in it.
I will be your part cheerleader, reminding you to be gentle with yourself, but I will also be part tough love coach to call you out when you default to your old patterns.
Also, we will make sure there is never a need to choose between your health journey and time with your loved ones, parties, holidays and life commitments. I believe there is no fun in that and my programme is about having fun, feeling at ease and keeping it sustainable.
